How we handle your files
These are the most personal files you own. The short version: they never reach us. Here's exactly what happens to them — facts, not adjectives. No claim on this page is one we can't stand behind.
Your files never leave your phone
The app opens and sorts your Snapchat export on your own device. There is no upload, no transfer, no server that receives your memories — the work happens where the files already are.
Nothing to delete, because nothing arrives
Services that hold your archive promise to erase it afterwards, and you have to take their word for it. We can't erase a copy we never received — which is a promise you don't have to trust us on.
No account needed to look
Browsing your whole gallery is free and requires no account, no card, no sign-up. Less data collected is less data at risk.
Never sold, never watched
Not us, not advertisers, not AI training. Nobody can look at files that never left your hand, and that includes us — it isn't a policy we enforce, it's an architecture that makes it impossible.
Yours to take, always
Your library lives on your device from the first second. Move it, copy it, delete it — there is no “our side” to remove it from. You're the owner, and the whole product is built to prove it.
Built on privacy-by-design
Data minimisation and limited retention aren't features we bolted on — they're how the service is shaped, in line with GDPR principles.
What you won't read here
No “100% secure”, no “unhackable”, no “anonymous”, no “certified GDPR”. Those words are unfalsifiable, so they're worthless. Every claim above is a fact of how the service is built — and it's kept accurate the day it's published.
Built by Orange Bleu, a web agency in Belgium. Real people, a real address — the opposite of a faceless app.
