1. Who we are

Still Mine is a service published by OBSB SRL, a company under Belgian law (details on our Legal notice). These terms govern your use of the itstillmine.com website and service.

2. What the service does

Still Mine turns your official Snapchat data export into a dated, browsable gallery. Uploading your export and viewing your entire gallery is free and requires no account.

If you choose to keep everything, a one-time payment of €4.99 lets you export your organised library to your device. There is no subscription — that is the entire point.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the data you upload is yours, or that you have the right to process it, and that your use is lawful. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any files you value.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload content you have no right to.

4. Payment and refund

The €4.99 charge is a one-time payment collected at the moment of export. If your export fails or isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full. There is no subscription to cancel.

5. Availability and limits

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Very large or unusual exports may not process perfectly — if that happens, tell us.

6. Your memories stay yours

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. We process your files only to build your gallery or export, never sell or share them, and delete them from our servers after processing (see Privacy).

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (at most €4.99). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with its date. These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute falls under the competent Belgian courts.
