We'll guide you
Get your archive from Snapchat
It's your data and it's free to ask for. Here's the whole thing, step by step — about two minutes of clicking, then Snapchat does the rest.
Open Snapchat and go to My Data
Tap your profile, then the settings gear → Privacy Controls → My Data. On the web, sign in at accounts.snapchat.com and open My Data.
Ask for everything — including Memories
Make sure Memories and Camera Roll are selected, choose the full date range, and pick the highest quality. Enter the email where you want the download link.
Submit the request
Confirm, and you're done on Snapchat's side. They prepare the export on their servers — no need to keep the app open.
Wait for Snapchat's email
It usually lands within a few hours, sometimes up to a day for very large accounts. The email contains a download link for a .zip file.
Drop the .zip on Still Mine
Bring it home — the .zip works as is, no need to unzip. We sort the mess into a dated gallery, and looking is free.
Good to know
The request takes about two minutes; the waiting is on Snapchat's side. Your files stay untouched on their end — you're just asking for a copy of what's already yours.
